NO POOL! Must be on a quiet street and at least 3 bedrooms. House style not important, nor is this buyer concerned about having to do some work on the property. Buyer 3: Mt. Lakes restored Hapgood up to 900k needing no work. Prefers a newer modern kitchen. Update: This buyers search temporarily on hold pending a possible corporate relocation Buyer 4: Mt Lakes first time buyers up to 600k. OK if the property needs minor work but the property must be located on a quiet street. 3 Br min. Any style house considered. Update: I represented this client to negotiate a lease/Purchase, the deal should close shortly. Buyer 5: Mt Lakes up to 1.5 mil for a newer home needing no work in the hill section. Buyer 6: Mt Lakes older home in the school section up to 700k. These buyers want to build their own state of the art kitchen so they're happy to purchase a home with an older kitchen. Buyer 7: This client wants to purchase some land in Boonton Township where he can board at least 3 horses. Would prefer some structure (barn, stable, etc.) on the property. Likes a pool but loves a wrap around porch. Must be on a quiet street; prefers a neighborhood for kids. Buyer 11: NYC relo couple who love the Hapgood homes. She has an eye for quality and he's a car guy who needs a nice garage. Recently married with no kids but want to be near the schools and well prepared once they are "blessed with children" They would consider an original Hapgood needing work or a properly restored home up to 1 mil. Buyer 12: Ct. Relo couple with sons in middle and elementary school. Big sports players who want to be near the lakes and schools. Prefer to be in the 600's but can get to the 700's for the right home. Buyer 13: Mt. Lakes up to 750k Likes a pool, likes a Hapgood home if it's well preserved and in good shape. Prefers at least one bedroom on the first floor. Would consider a ranch or cape in the School Section. Buyer 14: Couple from Morristown with a baby on the way will be looking for a well preserved Hapgood in the school section up to 850k. They will live with a property needing cosmetic updates but the "bones" must be good. Structurally sound Hapgood with reliable plumbing and electrical systems are good candidates. Update: I have found an unlisted home for this buyer and we're currently through attorney review and under contract. Buyer 15: Couple ready to close quickly (their house is sold) looking for a 3 br home in the park section of Boonton. Must have an attached 2 car garage. Ok if it needs work, he's a contractor. uo to 550k Buyer 16: Couple looking for a 3-4 Bedroom home in Boonton Township with room for entertaining. Prefer an open floor plan or home that lends itself toward building a big kitchen open to a family room. Prefer to be in a very private, remote location with little traffic, up to 700k. Buyer 17: Hard working guy, recently divorced looking for a home in the Boonton Park or Flats section needing work. This buyer is in the construction business and has resources to fix anything; not the least bit afraid of work. Owner financing would be preferred. Rockaway or Denville opportunities also considered. Buyer 18: Dr and his wife from Nassau County have sold their home and are looking for a clean home needing no work with a level yard, preferably in the School section, up to 750k.
