This outstanding townhouse that I have the pleasure to market was the Scharers home at 5 Robin Hood Drive in Mountain Lakes.  It was one of the cleanest properties that I've ever seen, offered for the first time since built by the original owners.  So I touted it the "museum quality townhouse" and built a complete digital presentation which promoted the property, it's museum quality condition (great photographs) and the Mountain Lakes lifestyle.  I wrote a press release touting the Mountain Lakes lifestyle without the maintenance and that brought a number of prospects from town.  Over 500 People watched this presentation before the right buyer came along who appreciated the property and quickly snatched it up, the timing was perfect for the sellers who wanted to enjoy one last season in NJ.  Mr Scharer was kind enough to share his satisfaction in a heart felt testimonial which you can read here, and the local papers carried the story in an article that you can read here.

10 Valley Road in Mountain Lakes was a lovely home in need of a buyer. Traditional real estate marketing failed to engage the right buyer for more than a year, where it languished on MLS with little interest. That is when the owners, Chuck and Arlene Battaglia, hired me, and immediately things began to change.   I built a custom website for the property, and produced a custom digital presentation of the property that highlighted the Mt Lakes lifestyle, which got buyers really charged up about seeing the property.

Contemporary styled homes of the 80's are amongst the toughest to sell today, and this particular home had languished on the market for more than a year before I took the listing.  It required a very unique approach to sell it.  In this case, I downplayed the exterior appearance of the home and concentrated on the lifestyle that the home provided, essentially selling it from "the inside out".  The home had great flow, great natural light and was super energy efficient, so those were the things I promoted. See the presentation here
